Soul Arc is a skateboard purpose designed to mimic the feel of surfing/ snow boarding with the upmost realism. The board is suspended by a flexible second deck below a solid skateboard deck. The idea is that the flexible deck provides fluidity and mimics the feel of being on a wave. As a result of the second deck providing suspension the board rides slightly higher than a standard skateboard which will make it a little less stable, however this does not appear to affect the board’s performance within its intended use as a cruiser/ fun board. I enjoy the aesthetic of this board because the working mechanism is exposed, the deck shape is also attractive.Thursday, September 2, 2010
